During our new year stay, we were impressed by the helpfulness of the staff who made us feel like family. The location was perfect, situated within walking distance from the lake and important landmarks. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast served at the rooftop garden which boasted a stunning view of the city.
The bathroom was outdated and needed some maintenance, the toilet seat was loose and there were some issues with the hot water supply. Despite these minor issues, the hotel provided good value for the price.
